Lowther Dual-Position Acousta

The Dual-Position Acousta was launched in 1966. It could be positioned to fire into the corner of a room and reflect the mid and treble frequencies off the walls, or to point directly at the listener if turned around 180 degrees. The bass horn exits at floor level at the back of the cabinet.

Lowther Corner Acousta

The Corner Acousta was the fore-runner to the Dual-Position Acousta. It was manufactured between 1963 and 1965 and was not widely advertised by Lowther. It is almost identical to the Dual-Position Acousta with the main difference being that the bass horn exits at the sides of the cabinet rather than at the back.
